March 14th, 2026 - On this day at the CCMERA Gala we received the 3rd and final "Nonprofit" recognition award of 2025 for our work for the black community of Ventura County. We were surrounded by support, friends, family and community. Nothing short of amazing. 
Our acceptance speech was about an Oxnard, CA black man that we have been supporting in a high profile case for 9 months.
